All our products contain at least 95% ingredients of natural origin, carefully selected to respect your skin and the environment without giving up efficacy.

No. None of our products has been or will ever be tested on animals. They are made in the European Union, where Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 bans animal testing on both finished cosmetics and their ingredients.

Yes. Our formulas are 100% vegan: they contain no ingredients of animal origin.

Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination. The exact cost and delivery time are always shown before you confirm your purchase.

Yes: you have 6 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, with no need to give a reason. For hygiene reasons, personal care products can only be returned unopened, complete and in their original packaging. Write to us before sending anything and we will guide you; refunds are made to the same payment method within 6 days at most.

It is our vitamin C face serum (15 ml). It pairs 4% pure vitamin C (ascorbic acid) with a short, 5-ingredient formula and an ultra-light texture: it helps brighten the skin, even out the look of skin tone and protect it from everyday oxidative stress. It absorbs quickly and never feels greasy.

All skin types, sensitive skin included. If your skin is very reactive, start with 2 or 3 times a week and increase the frequency as your skin tolerates it.

Apply 2 or 3 drops to clean, dry skin, morning and/or evening. Smooth it gently over face and neck, avoiding the eye area, wait a minute and follow with your moisturiser. In the morning, always finish with sunscreen.

Yes, with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and retinoids (vitamin C in the morning, retinoids at night). Avoid using it in the same routine as other exfoliating acids.

With consistent use, many people notice brighter-looking skin within 2 or 3 weeks. Evening out skin tone takes longer and builds up with consistency.

Because for daily use a higher concentration does not mean more benefit: above certain levels, tolerance drops before results improve, especially on sensitive skin. 4% pure vitamin C in a short formula is effective and can be used every day.

Vitamin C is sensitive to light, air and heat. Close the bottle tightly after each use and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The 15 ml size is designed so you finish it while it is at its best.
